The best Treatment Free group is Solomon Parker's Facebook page, Treatment Free Beekeepers. There's constantly great discussion on here. If you need help with any type of beekeeping question, you can pose it here and get immediate responses. Please read the community guidelines before joining.
Beesource is one of the best websites out there for general beekeeping questions. There's nothing you can't find there. Here's their discussion about Treatment Free.

Parkerbees is operated by Solomon Parker who runs a Treatment Free beekeeping podcast. If you're interested in where to start, check out his podcast.

The St. Louis area has many great bee clubs with a lot of knowledge. Here are a few:
Eastern Missouri Beekeepers meets at Monsanto the second Wednesday of every month, except for December. Annual membership is $10.
St. Louis Beekeepers meets the last Tuesday of the month at Schlafly Bottleworks. There is no annual membership but donations are encourage. St. Louis Beekeepers is run by the owners of Isabee's, a retail store where you can buy equipment and get tons of information from the proprietors. Here are the directions. Tell them Bee Found sent you!
Three Rivers Beekeepers meets in St. Peters the third Monday of the month.
For St. Louis, the best place to get local supplies is Isabee's. They have a very knowledgeable staff and pretty much any beekeeping supplies you need. But during peak season, make sure that you call ahead to place an order as they can get backed up.
